Our Clients.
OUR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
We recognise that our individual clients experience complex life and professional challenges which potentially impact across every aspect of their lives.
Our clients come from a range of professions such as lawyers and consultants; different organisational positions such as entrepreneurs, general counsel, business owners, and C-suite; and a range of sectors such as legal, financial services, telco’s, and property management.
Our clients are looking to change their professional or personal lives in some way. They want effective and evidence-based bespoke and tailored solutions for them as individuals, for their lives, and for their aspirations for the future.
OUR COACHING CLIENTS
Our coaching clients typically consider themselves as ‘developing coaches’ committed to continuing professional development and looking for more than generic training, supervision, and accreditation support.
Our high-intensity Advance Program combines specific training topics to enhance coaching practice and coupled with developmental supervision to help you see more to be more as a coach. Depending upon your choice, we can provide you with integrated support to ensure your success with accreditation or credentialling.
OUR ORGANISATIONAL CLIENTS
Our organisational clients recognise that adaptation, innovation, and change are necessary to continue to meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders. Our organisational clients also recognise that standing still is not an option.
We can provide our services at scale to meet the needs of cohorts of emerging and developed leaders, teams and groups, and high-potential and high-performers. With a combination of coaches and psychologists, we can cover a full range of support scenarios.
For organisations seeking to support leaders to embrace coaching skills and enhance their leadership awareness, we provide integrated Leader as Coach programs incorporating coaching and leadership skills development.
OUR LEGAL SERVICES CLIENTS
Our legal operations clients may fall into three types.
First, the organisation which is facing an unusually large and complex matter, such as a litigation or regulatory investigation, beyond its current capacities or capabilities.
Second, the organisation which has a large project, such as a legal function restructure or regulatory compliance project, which requires additional specialist skills.
Third, the organisation which has a specific and discrete project, such as an external law firm panel refresh, or a major process improvement initiative, which requires both management and specialist skills.
