Our Change Management services are focused on using our coaching, advisory, and project management capabilities to support you to develop, plan, and implement culture and other organisational change programs.
Using a variety of tools and techniques such as social network analysis and the Scholes and Johnson culture web framework, we can identify where both subtle nudges and significant interventions can be used to transform team, business unit, and organisational cultures.
By taking a systemic approach and integrating our extensive experience of culture transitions during team transformations, new business development, and supporting organisations address cultural challenges, we look beyond the immediate challenges to determine how the whole organisation can support cultural change.
In conjunction with our extensive project management skills and experience, we can develop and implement a multi-layered suite of interventions and programs to drive and support cultural change.
