AUGMENTED TRAINING & ADVISORY

Throughout David’s career, he has been involved in managing strategic and operational risks to business models, whether those risks are derived from the regulatory environment, changes in societal expectations, climate change, mergers and acquisitions, conduct, or the competitive context.

Since completing his MSc Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management in 2004, David has been passionately involved in understanding and managing the risks associated with climate change, particularly regarding community and physical asset impacts. David’s MSc 2003 thesis was entitled “Have London local authorities used enhanced active learning to review their emergency planning and business continuity arrangements, with regard to predicted changes in precipitation levels?”

With many organisations, social activists, and customer segments already driving change through business operations and reporting processes, there is increasing pressure on organisations to both manage and be seen to be managing risks, particularly environmental, climate change, and people risks.

We can provide support to you and your organisation to understand how long-term climate, geopolitical, and social change drivers may impact the long-term sustainability of your business operations, your people, and your organisation.

At the operational level, we can work with you to implement management systems to provide you with the re-assurance that you are able to manage both strategic and operational, and credibly demonstrate progress towards your objectives.

Your development. Your training. Your way.
