ACCELERATING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Our purpose is to support leaders accelerate their complex and adaptive leadership development, and to ensure their leadership style remains agile and responsive.
We recognise that leadership development and ideas of leadership will change over time and continue as careers progress. We recognise that rapid leadership development to meet complex and volatile environments can be challenging.
We offer a safe, confidential space for leaders to explore their leadership ideas, discuss leadership challenges, and undertake transformational leadership development.
We are experienced in working with leaders who are preparing for leadership, who want to undertake leadership preparation for a new significant leadership role, and develop their awareness of best practice leadership.
We can offer a wide range of leadership development training such as:
‘Emerging Leaders’ covering Leading Yourself, leader as coach, team leadership, decision-making, networking and influence, and strategic change management
‘Leader as Coach’ providing leaders with fundamental coaching skills to enhance their ability to create and maintain powerful relationships
‘ProLead’ program supporting project leaders to excel at stakeholder and conflict management, and team management
We also offer bespoke advanced leadership modular training sessions on topics such as. All training is supported by development and performance coaching to embed the new skills and capabilities.
